Our Mission

 At Rediscover Counseling & Wellness, we believe that healing and growth happen when the whole person is supported—emotionally, mentally, and physically. Our team of licensed therapists and a dedicated health and wellness coach work together to help you rediscover your strength, purpose, and peace. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, or simply seeking to feel better in your everyday life, we’re here to walk alongside you with compassion, professionalism, and care.

Sky Tapp is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult moments. Her compassionate, client-centered approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of trauma, grief, anxiety, and emotional resilience. Sky has served in roles ranging from child psychologist assistant to troubled youth counselor and psychology researcher, giving her a unique and comprehensive perspective on mental health across the lifespan.
